A cream and sugar set, dried hydrangeas, and a green apple. It doesn't get much better than this. The cream and sugar set is from a sweet friend's family collection. She did not need it any more, but was delighted to be gifted with this painting as a remembrance. What a blessing it is to gift my artwork! I have worked on setting up my own still life arrangements and I have found it fun to set them on a piece of glass that has been painted gray on the backside. It makes for some wonderful reflections.
